Five talking points ahead of Hartlepool United's long trip to Sutton United

Pools have started each of their opening two National League matches lining up in an attack-minded 4-4-2 formation but Clark could be tempted to change how his side set up to cope with Sutton's possession-based approach on Saturday. Having been overrun in midfield at times in the first half of last week's hard-fought win over Aldershot Town, Pools were much-improved following the introduction of Nathan Sheron on the hour. After replacing the energetic Chris Popov, Sheron slotted in alongside Jack Hunter at the base of midfield while Jamie Miley moved into a slightly more advanced role. With Sheron providing some much-needed bite and balance in the engine room, the game swung in the visitors' favour and Clark could well be compelled to do something similar in South London as he looks to avoid allowing Sutton to dominate the ball at Gander Green Lane.
