Hartlepool United expert Rob Law believes there's no reason Pools can't challenge for promotion next season.
Although Pools still have plenty to do if they're to assemble a squad capable of pushing for a return to the Football League, Lee Clark's side look to have made a strong start to their summer transfer business.
Having completed deals for veteran striker Jordan Hugill, who enjoyed a memorable spell on loan at Victoria Park in 2015, versatile youngster Brooklyn Ilunga and Spennymoor winger Corey McKeown, Pools pulled off a major coup by fending off significant competition from a whole host of clubs to secure the signing of highly rated winger Jack Nolan, who scored 19 goals in 40 games for Morecambe last season.
