Head coach Pete Wild admits he's had some "difficult conversations" with his Hartlepool United players this week.

The former Oldham Athletic, Halifax Town, Barrow, Fleetwood Town and Tranmere Rovers boss took charge of Pools earlier this month following the dramatic resignation of Lee Clark, who stepped down from his role just nine games into his tenure.
