New Hartlepool United striker Jordan Hugill has vowed to bring "leadership, experience and quality" after becoming the club's first summer signing earlier this month.
The veteran sealed a permanent return to Victoria Park, penning a one-year deal with the option of an additional 12 months, more than a decade since a memorable first spell in the North East.
Hugill scored four goals in eight games while on loan at Pools in 2015, firing home the winning goal against Exeter that sealed the club's remarkable 'Great Escape' from relegation in League Two.
