New Hartlepool United attacker Chris Popov hailed Pools as "a massive football club with incredible support and real ambition" after he agreed a two-year deal at Victoria Park on Saturday.
The young forward, one of three signings the club made over a productive weekend, arrives following an impressive campaign with Morecambe last season.
Popov is set to link back up with fellow new recruit Jack Nolan, who found the net 19 times in 40 matches in Lancashire last term.
