Hartlepool United head coach Lee Clark hailed Terry Bondo's "physical profile, genuine pace and real presence" after the teenager became the club's ninth summer signing.

Having released 13 players in May, Pools have been extremely busy in the transfer market and appear to have made encouraging progress as they look to build a squad capable of challenging for National League promotion next season.

In particular, Pools have been working to bolster their attacking options following a campaign of well-documented struggles in front of goal last term.
