Hartlepool United owner Landon Smith has revealed his plan for long-term success at Victoria Park.

While Pools fans haven't been altogether starved of success in recent years, winning a memorable promotion back to the Football League under Dave Challinor in 2021, their subsequent relegation in 2023 undid much of their good work.
