Jermaine Francis insists there's 'no bad blood' despite untimely Hartlepool United departure last season

While the winger, who scored three times in 22 appearances at Victoria Park last term, is hoping to help his current side Sutton United get one over on his old one when the two teams meet in South London on Saturday, he admits he looks back on his time at Pools with fond memories.

Having found himself surplus to requirements at National League champions Barnet at the end of the 2024/25 season following an excellent stint on loan at Braintree Town, where he scored eight goals in 30 matches, Francis signed for Pools for an undisclosed fee in July last year.
