Former Hartlepool United manager Nicky Featherstone has been reflecting on his time in charge of Pools.
The 37-year-old, who is the club's third highest appearance maker of all time, was at the helm of Pools between October and May last season but was not offered a contract extension following a review by specialist football consultancy firm Bromby and Partners.
