Hartlepool United are on the hunt for a new head coach following Lee Clark's explosive resignation on Saturday.
Clark, who fans hoped would be the man to lead Pools back to the Football League, announced his resignation at the weekend following a dismal run of six defeats in seven National League matches.
Having led Pools, who were touted as potential National League title contenders ahead of the new campaign, to back-to-back victories at the start of the season, Clark stepped down following vociferous calls for his dismissal during Saturday's miserable defeat at home to newly-promoted Worthing.
