Hartlepool United's commercial and operations director Rose Stoker has revealed that the club have sold almost 2,300 season tickets ahead of the new campaign.

Stoker, who has been an important part of the club's drive to improve how it operates away from the pitch this summer, told BBC Radio Tees Sport that season ticket sales have already surpassed the entirety of the 2025/26 campaign.

Pools supporters have long been renowned as one of the most passionate, dedicated and colourful fanbases in the entire country, let alone the National League.

Yet home attendances had been dwindling since the club's relegation from League Two in 2023, with many supporters choosing to stay away from Victoria Park in silent protest at controversial former owner Raj Singh's divisive leadership.
