Hartlepool United interim boss Gary Liddle has revealed that attacker Luke Charman could be available for selection ahead of Saturday's trip to Scunthorpe United.
Charman, who has scored seven goals in 66 appearances at Victoria Park, has been sidelined since July following a collision with goalkeeper Christy Pym during a pre-season friendly clash with Grimsby Town.
At the time, Pools were fearing the worst, with the 28-year-old leaving the ground on crutches before heading for a scan to determine the extent of his injury.
As it turned out, Pools received just about the best possible news when the result of the scan returned, with Charman due back much earlier than initially expected.
