Brian Honour believes Hartlepool United capable of 'at least' finishing in National League play-offs next season

Following what looks to have been a hugely encouraging summer in the transfer market, Pools are currently rated as the 11/2 second favourites to be crowned National League champions next term.

While the bookies have been wrong before, it would seem as though the club's productive summer has led many of their potential promotion rivals to sit up and take notice.

Having released 13 players at the end of another underwhelming National League campaign in May, Pools have welcomed 14 new recruits to Victoria Park ahead of the 2026/27 season, which begins with the visit of relegated Barrow on August 8.
